OVERVIEW
Haryu Law Firm wanted to move away from its conventional image and reposition itself as a modern legal partner that classy, bold, and minimal without losing its roots in justice. This rebrand marked more than just a visual shift; it was a statement of relevance to a new generation of clients while staying grounded in legacy. I was brought in as a freelance designer to reinterpret their visual identity into something timeless and forward-thinking.
Design Execution
The logo combines four key elements: a shield (protection), scale (justice), sword (strength), and the letter H (recognition). These motifs were designed to feel iconic yet adaptable across mediums. While balancing different perspectives from the firm’s stakeholders, I navigated multiple iterations through strategic moodboarding and rationale-based storytelling. The final identity features a sharp yet refined aesthetic—anchored by a clean color palette and editorial type system—that speaks to both legacy clients and the next wave of modern businesses.
